Summary: This hotel has an excellent housekeeping crew. Two things kept this from being a five-star experience: the overflowing toilet from the room above us (one time only during a long stay; late night, so we were given towels at front desk to soak up the water) and the lack of a guest laundry. I understand the laundry is in process as part of the recent remodel. Despite those two minor things, we recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had a accessible room and the washroom was well fitted out with grab bars and easy to navigate for my husband who uses a walker/wheelchair. The staff were terrific, very nice and very helpful. The one issue, which I found odd, is that there was no automatic/wheelchair button for either the door of the room or the back doors of the hotel, which made it very challenging to get into the room.

Summary: Pros: Clean hotel with nice lobby area with lots of tables. I was impressed by their breakfast. Very accessible and quick drive to anything in the city. Cons: Woken up several times by dogs in nearby rooms, no hot tub and the pool wasn't the cleanest. I highly recommend against walking to Byrne Dairy and Deli a couple buildings down, it's a hot mess.

Summary: This is a typical Hampton Inn. It was clean. The room was sufficient, as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice; my boys and I enjoyed it. There were limited options near the front desk for purchase - a bag of chips or pop. It was located close to strip mall shopping areas and restaurants, not far from Wegman's, downtown Ithaca or Cornell. Free wifi of course. There was a small parking charge which I was not aware of until I got the bill. Honestly the worst thing was my teenager driving us nuts by pestering his little brother. That's no fault of the hotel. The free breakfast was worth about nothing too, as they usually are. I'd rather have an egg mcmuffin and coffee from McDonald's.
